Spencer Conley
Spencer is the Founder and CEO of Ronin Healthcare. He is responsible for leading the group's strategic direction and corporate development efforts. Spencer has held several business development roles in the real estate industry where he identified investment properties for high-net-worth individuals, along with serving as the VP of Corporate Finance for a Clean Tech startup where he led first and second tranche financing efforts.

Amberly Davis
Amberly Davis serves as President of Ronin Healthcare. For over 30 years, Amberly has been a key contributor to the success of nearly 40 large Home Healthcare organizations. Experience ranges from field nursing, sales, direct program management, and executive clinical and operations leadership. Amberly has served as an executive-level leader in 13 states, supervising over 1,000 employees and managing approximately $100 million in revenue. Amberly’s primary focus is to provide access to quality care for all in need by utilizing her extensive experience opening new programs and integrating new acquisitions.

Edward H. Blum
Mr. Blum serves as the non-executive Chairman of Ronin Healthcare and has been directly involved in over $60 billion in transactions. Notably, he was a senior member of the team which represented Gulf Oil in its defense and ultimate $13 billion sale to Chevron and managed the $125 million leveraged buyout of a Shell Oil division - one of the first LBOs to be largely financed with high-yield bonds. He served as an independent member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee for Periphonics Corp. from its IPO at a valuation of $40 million to its sale 5 years later for $600 million.

Joel French
Mr. French serves as the non-executive Vice Chairman of Ronin Healthcare. Joel French has served as CEO or senior executive of private equity owned and publicly traded companies in the health and technology categories. French has led or participated in consummating 40 financial transactions valued at $12.6 billion, including $1.2 billion raised in public and private financings and 27 acquisitions valued at $11.4 billion, operationally integrating 21 of those acquired companies. After leading the acquisition of Scheduling.com, Inc. (dba SCI Solutions), French served as its CEO and a board member, with SCI ultimately becoming the industry’s most widely adopted multi-sided SaaS marketplace for physician referral management, online patient scheduling, and front-end revenue cycle workflow, based on subscription agreements with 2,500 hospitals, 16,000 physician practices, millions of patients, and automated rules integration with all major health plans. SCI Solutions was acquired by R1 RCM (Nasdaq: RCM) in April 2020 for 31x TTM EBITDA.

David served in various leadership roles including CFO and COO for over twenty years for Tenet Healthcare (“Tenet”), which operates more than sixty-five hospitals in the United States, which included financial and operational responsibilities for business units ranging from $2.6B-$17.5B. Prior to that, he spent twelve years in public accounting/consulting roles at the “Big 4” as well as leadership roles at a large 1,000 bed health system in Florida.

Weiss Law Firm, representing healthcare clients on a national and international basis. The firm’s primary areas of focus are ambulatory surgery centers and other freestanding facilities, large physician-owned medical groups, and extremely entrepreneurial physicians involved in a wide range of healthcare ventures.
